We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that use excessive bandwidth or are otherwise abusing the system.
Prohibited content includes pornography, nudity, sexual images, offensive images or videos, and copyrighted material. We reserve the right to determine appropriate content and can delete it at any time without notifying the User.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and trademark laws. Any content that violates these laws is not allowed. In the event of an infringement claim, you'll be asked to remove the copyrighted content.
Lets Hosts is not liable for any lost business due to unavailability or loss of the website. We make no guarantees about future reliability in hosting your content.
Payment rates can change at any time without notice.
Files smaller than 1MB will not be rewarded.
Downloads are counted only after a 100% download and from unique IP addresses.
We do not count downloads generated by visitors using ad blockers or from proxy servers.
Fraudulent activity like generating manipulated traffic or misleading methods will result in an immediate ban.
Accounts may be banned for generating downloads from suspicious or unauthorized sources.
At Let's Hosts, we aim to provide a reliable and consistent service. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, service may occasionally suffer from outages beyond our control. In such cases, we'll make every reasonable effort to notify you and restore service as quickly as possible.
We prioritize the security of your data. All data transmitted to and from our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. However, no data transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure; use our services at your own risk.
Any disagreements or disputes between you and Let's Hosts will first be addressed through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Due to our performance/commission pricing model, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete your stored data within 30 days unless legally obligated to retain it. You are responsible for transferring your data prior to termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws, keeping in mind that access to Let's Hosts may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
Specify who owns the content that gets uploaded or shared on your platform. Make it clear that, while you may host the data, you don't own it.
Given that you might handle sensitive business information, especially with home improvement and renovation companies, you should include a clause that outlines how you'll protect their confidential information.
